Executive  Club  Meeting
7:00 pm •  Wednesday August 6th •  Airport Shilo Inn

Occupy Wall Street... will have to wait a bit.

Jim Welsh had a urgent family situation, and has cancelled.
We presume the OWS people are not involved.
Kindly say a prayer or two for his family, OK?

But all is not lost. Around here, we knew it would be
a cold day in hell before ANYONE cancelled on the Executive Club.

Well, ever hear of the Gore Effect?
How about the record lows all over the Midwest this summer?
Hey, even Death Valley set a record LOW temperature a few days ago.
Could hell go completely unaffected?

So let's talk about that, because the topic just keeps more and more
interesting, and the politics of the thing more and more twisted.

Topic:
Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming: CORRUPTED SCIENCE

Speaker:

Gordon Fulks
Gordon Fulks

Gordon is a PhD Astrophysicist trained at the University of Chicago,
who now consults from his home near Corbett.

Besides his training in Physics, Dr. Fulks is an avid mountaineer,
caver, orchid collector, and tree farmer, so his view of the planet's climate
is flavored by both the hard rules of Physics and the experience of the earth
and living things upon which those rules work.

And he's never taken a nickel to advance or oppose a scientific theory.

But a lot of other folks have. And that's bad...
for science, politics, and our society.

Has the fat lady sung on the Cries of Climate Catastrophe?
Will science ever regain the respect it has lost in politics?

And will hell freeze over? Um... When?

Let's find out. Should be fun!

Join us Wednesday night.
