The Freedom Foundation is a regional think and action tank dedicated to removing government unions influence on the political cycle.

Last month the Freedom Foundation had a great legal victory against the city of Portland. The city attempted to sue us over public records requests for the names of union members. The judge threw out the frivolous lawsuit as there were no legitimate claims made by the city. Willamette Week reports here, as does the Bend Bulletin here.

Keep your eyes peeled this month as we officially launch our decline to sign campaign to all government employees. Exposing government unions antics to trick employees to signing new membership cards in an attempt to lock them into paying dues to the union after the Janus case is decided.
