THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2nd at 5:30pm you can attend a free public lecture at Willamette University Center for Constitutional Government in Salem. The speaker will be Georgetown University Law Center Professor Randy Barnett who devised the legal challenge to ObamaCare that almost won out at the US Supreme Court in 2012.

Professor Barnett argued that Congress’s power to set rules for commerce does not extend to regulating “inactivity,” like choosing not to be insured.
